Job Description

  • 4+ Years of experience
  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of available technology and understand the needs of current and future financial systems based on the department’s smart transformation strategy.
  • Designing and developing software systems and financial applications to meet the requirements of government departments and ensure integration with financial systems.
  • Writing and updating application and systems design documents to facilitate maintenance and future development.
  • Implementing modifications to financial systems and applications and testing changes to ensure quality and good performance.
  • Analyze system needs and understand integration requirements between financial and resource systems.
  • Providing support and guidance to stakeholders during systems maintenance and solving technical problems.
  • Correcting errors and improving performance in financial systems and applications, in addition to updating applications according to changes in user requirements.
  • Review the process of examining development in the experimental environment and then ensure that the new feature that was developed is uploaded to the actual environment.
  • Sending a technical link mechanism document with the entity after signing the memorandum of understanding.
  • Supervising UAT checks to ensure correct connectivity.
  • Design and implementation of application programming interfaces and connectivity between systems (API).
  • Develop and implement programming interfaces (APIs) to ensure easy exchange of data between systems.
  • Supervising the solution of technical problems and developing mechanisms and alternatives to ensure business continuity. Financial systems and applications.
  • Modernizing and developing the systems used to achieve the goals by the best international programs and technologies.
  • Updating and maintaining applications, improving performance, and updating them according to changes in user requirements.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the integrity of data in electronic and smart financial systems during maintenance operations.
  • Installing and preparing systems and programs for users, providing technical support, training, and training materials when needed, and providing the necessary solutions to address input errors or system errors in the payment gateway.
  • Preparing a periodic report on all implemented technical and technical support operations.
  • Preparing plans and mechanisms for business continuity and disaster recovery for financial systems and applications, ensuring their readiness and verifying their effectiveness.
  • Coordinating with the relevant organizational unit in order to document, update and develop the department’s operational processes framework
  • Participate in completing operational activities to achieve the targets set in the indicators for measuring the department’s operational performance.
  • Participate in identifying the department’s strengths and weaknesses, in addition to identifying the department’s threats and opportunities
  • Participate in setting its own operational goals in line with the department’s operational goals and the department’s strategic goals.
  • Determine his training needs in accordance with his duties and responsibilities and the results of his performance indicators and to ensure continuous training and professional development
  • Participate in analyzing the department’s work to identify critical activities and develop a business continuity plan
  • Participate in identifying, analyzing and evaluating risks related to the department’s work, submit proposals and recommendations for managing them, and participate in implementing responses approved by the department director.
