Job description
- Coordinate with the team & management to identify offices to be relocated
- Prepare lease addendums for relocation
- Contact and negotiate existing tenant for relocation and ensure signed documentation digitally
- Assigning new units to lease contract in the systems (SF & SAP)
- Coordinate with Park Operation Dept to move furniture/Items/company tags and clear the offices
- Coordinate with TSS to close existing units & create new office units
- Manage the end-to-end relocation process
Skills
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
- Presentable and good communicator
- Prior experience in Salesforce & SAP
- Prior experience in Customer Handling
- Real estate experience would be advantageous but is not a essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Visiting the head office will be required depending on the need
