Job Description
We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our production team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure proper functioning and output quality.
- Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Adjust machine settings as required for different production batches.
- Identify and report mechanical or quality issues promptly.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and quality teams to resolve any production-related issues.
- Ensure timely completion of daily production targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to operate and maintain industrial machinery safely and efficiently.
- Good understanding of mechanical systems and basic troubleshooting.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
