Job Role
- As a Marketing Communication Specialist, you will be a key player in enhancing brand exposure across various marketing channels for an emerging digital platform. Your responsibilities will include driving and supporting the platform’s marketing and communication strategies, maintaining brand consistency, and adapting to the latest industry trends. You will work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, ensuring that all communication strategies are executed with precision and creativity.
Job Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with the platform’s corporate and brand objectives.
- Ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels.
- Content Creation: Generate engaging and relevant content for the platform’s social media accounts. Regularly refresh content to ensure platforms remain current and effective in reaching target audiences.
- Digital Platform Management: Oversee online activities, ensuring that the platform’s website and other digital properties are up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for engagement.
- Marketing Calendar: Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar to schedule and execute online campaigns and promotions, ensuring alignment with the platform’s overall marketing strategy.
- Performance Insights: Identify emerging trends and provide actionable insights. Implement necessary actions to optimize marketing performance and improve brand reach.
- Brand Integrity: Assist in the development and protection of the platform’s brand identity, ensuring that all communications are consistent with its values and objectives.
- Advertising & Promotions: Contribute to both online and offline marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving engagement with the platform.
- Marketing Co-ordination: Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure that the marketing activities are conducted in timely order and as per requirement.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of marketing communication, copy writing experience, ideally in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
- Proven experience managing social media across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and Snapchat.
- Expertise in both English and Arabic (required).
- Strong creative design experience is a plus.
