Job Role and Responsibilities

Experience: 3 – 5 Years

Content Creation and Management

  • Develop Engaging Content: Create and curate compelling content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate on Visuals: Work with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content
  • Maintain Brand Voice: Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging.

Social Media Management

  • Manage Accounts: Oversee and manage the company’s social media accounts, including content scheduling and posting.
  • Engage Audience: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
  • Monitor Performance: Track social media metrics and analyse performance to improve engagement and reach.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist with SEO and SEM: Support search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to enhance online visibility.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct Research: Perform market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
  • Analyse Data: Gather and analyse data to generate insights that inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyse customer feedback to understand their needs and improve marketing efforts.

Event Coordination

  • Plan and Execute Events: Assist in planning and organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Manage event logistics, including venue booking, catering, and setup
  • Promotional Materials: Ensure the availability of promotional materials and merchandise at events.

Advertising and Promotion

  • Support Ad Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing advertising campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast media.
  • Media Buying: Coordinate with media buyers to ensure effective placement of advertisements.
  • Track Effectiveness: Monitor the performance of advertising campaigns and suggest improvements.

E-commerce Management

  • Manage Online Listings: Assist in managing product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate and appealing presentations.
  • Promotions and Discounts: Help develop and manage online promotions and discount strategies.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive online shopping experience for customers.

Partnerships and Collaborations

  • Identify Partners: Identify potential influencers, brands, and organizations for partnerships and collaborations.
  • Manage Relationships: Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with partners to maximize mutual benefits.

Administrative Support

  • Support Marketing Team: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
  • Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking marketing budgets and expenses.
