Oracle CRM Technical Skills:
- At least 4-5 Yrs of Oracle development experience.
- At least 2 project support and implementation experience on Oracle CRM (Sales, Service, JTF) at client location.
- Highly proficient writing OA Pages, JAVA Forms, PL/SQL Queries, Packages, Procedures, Materialized Views, etc.
- Technically Proficient Oracle CRM Concepts and Processes. Such as Call-to-Resolution, Quote-to-Order, Service SLAs, etc.
- Highly proficient with Integration methodologies and practices.
- High understanding on TCA structure and limitations.
- Should have good knowledge and working experience in Workflow builder, XML publisher, Form Personalization and Alerts.
- Should have involved in developing interface from different system.
- Knowledge of Oracle property manager module will be added advantage.
Soft Skills:
- MUST have customer facing experience of at least 3 years
- Highly proficient with English language
- Must have handled complete life cycle of implementation on client side.
- Strong logical reasoning
- Good learner and Problem-solving skills are must.
