Job description

• 10+ Years of experience in a similar role in requirement gathering /scoping, configuring, testing, rolling out, and supporting HCM solutions.
• Should have completed at least two 4 phases full project life cycle (initiation, planning, implementation, and closure) with extensive experience In Oracle Fusion HRHD
• Good understanding of the following Oracle Fusion Products in the capacity of Lead SME
• Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organizations.
• Strong understanding on how the Information Technology can drive business.
• At least a degree in Engineering from a recognized University / College.

Responsible for

• Implementing Oracle HRHD Cloud module as per timeline.
• Leading Oracle HRHD Cloud Implementation Project that includes Requirements Gathering, Analysis, System Design and Configuration and User Acceptance Testing and Go-live
• Identify functionality gaps in the product from a business process perspective to drive efficiency and initiate projects to build a solution.
• Facilitate end-user training, testing, troubleshooting and provide POST GO LIVE Support & Structure.
• Assist HCM team users in mapping and streamlining business practices to implement the module
• Facilitate Reports and Dashboard specification development and deployment.
• Work closely with Business Partners to drive adoption and user satisfaction in using Oracle Fusion HCM
• Technically capable to Validate the Design, Configuration
• Import / Load and validate Master and Transactional Data

Skills Requirement and Qualification

• 10+ Years of experience in a similar role in requirement gathering /scoping, configuring, testing, rolling out, and supporting HR Applications, 8+ years in Oracle Fusion
• Should have completed at least two 4 phases full project life cycle (initiation, planning, implementation, and hypercare) with extensive experience in Oracle HRHD and Onboarding modules
• Good understanding of the Oracle ERP systems
• Experience in Project Lead and SME
• Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organizations.
• Strong understanding on how the Information Technology can drive business.
• At least a degree in Engineering from a recognized University / College.

• An excellent communicator (Written and Presentation) in English
