Job Location – Dubai
Availability – Immediate joiner only / 2 weeks max.
•Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users.
•Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
•To evaluate financial aspects of business opportunities, identifying and quantifying financial and non-financial benefits of proposed solutions.
•Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
•To implement DMAIC in projects and prepare define CTQs, prepare SIPOC, Process Maps, execute VSM, conduct Fishbone analysis, Control Impact Matrix, FMEA (as applicable) etc.
•To produce and maintained project documentation such as business case, requirements document, solution design, development plan, UAT scripts, project communication log, activity tracker and backup plan.
•Researches, reviews, and analyses the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
•Analyses and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
•Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
•Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
•Develops and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
•Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
•Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
•Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
•Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
•Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
•Performing user acceptance testing.
•An undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance and MBA or a relevant master’s degree.
•Six sigma Black belt, Certified business analysts
•At least 10+ years of experience in Consulting Firm or equivalent, in automation or process improvement domain
•Ability to apply knowledge of structure, functions, and procedures in solving organizational problems and to develop methods for implementing prescribed systems with the capability to predict the effect of changes recommended or instituted.
•Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
•Strong proficiency in applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook etc. with a general understanding of data analysis techniques
