Job Role

  • Total Job Experience in Salesforce: 4-6 Yrs as BA.
  • Identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Create and Manage Technical Documentation.
  • Create and Manage Project documentation.
  • Manage project schedule, risks, plans with key stakeholders.
  • Organising project team meetings and recording minutes.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.

Job Description

  • Proven work experience of 5-7 Yrs. as a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst or similar role
  • Experience in Business Analysis and coordination, from conception to delivery
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field of study.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Prior knowledge of Salesforce application is a huge plus.
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
