Job Role and Responsibilities

Product Promotion

  • Demonstrate Products: Showcase Company to customers, highlighting key features, Flavors, and quality.
  • Offer Samples: Offer samples to customers to encourage trial and purchase.
  • Provide Information: Educate customers about Company products, ingredients, and brand values.

Customer Engagement

  • Initiate Interaction: Approach and engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Answer Queries: Respond to customer questions and inquiries about Company products, pricing, and availability.
  • Build Relationships: Build rapport with customers to create a positive shopping experience and foster brand loyalty.

 Brand Representation

  • Represent Brand Values: Embody the values and image of Company, including its commitment to quality, luxury, and indulgence.
  • Maintain Brand Image: Ensure personal appearance and conduct align with Company brand standards and guidelines.

Sales Support

  • Drive Sales: Encourage customers to make purchases by highlighting product benefits and offering promotions or discounts.
  • Upsell and Cross-sell: Suggest complementary products or upsell higher-value items to increase sales revenue.
  • Facilitate Transactions: Assist customers with purchases and transactions as needed.

Event Assistance

  • Event Setup: Assist with setting up promotional displays, booths, and signage at events and retail locations.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate with event organizers and venue staff to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities.

Feedback Collection

  • Gather Feedback: Collect customer feedback and insights regarding Company products, promotions, and overall brand experience.
  • Report Feedback: Provide feedback and observations to the Promotions Executive or Marketing Manager for evaluation and improvement.

Product Knowledge

  • Stay Informed: Stay updated on Company product offerings, promotions, and brand messaging.
  • Training Participation: Participate in training sessions and product demonstrations to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
