Job Role and Responsibilities

Promotional Campaign Development

  • Plan and Execute Promotions: Develop and implement promotional strategies and campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, in-store, and events.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of promotional activities.

Digital Promotions

  • Online Campaigns: Create and manage online promotional campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and online advertisements.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging promotional content for digital platforms to attract and retain customers.
  • SEO and SEM Support: Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to enhance online visibility and drive traffic.

In-Store Promotions

  • Retail Collaboration: Coordinate with retail partners to plan and execute in-store promotions, including product displays, tastings, and special offers.
  • Point of Sale Materials: Design and distribute point of sale (POS) materials to support in-store promotional activities.

Event Coordination

  • Plan and Manage Events: Organize and manage promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to increase brand exposure and customer engagement.
  • Logistics and Setup: Handle event logistics, including venue booking, setup, and coordination with vendors and partners.

Promotional Analysis

  • Track and Measure Results: Monitor and analyse the performance of promotional campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Report Insights: Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team to inform future promotional strategies.

Budget Management

  • Manage Promotional Budgets: Assist in planning and managing budgets for promotional activities, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
  • Expense Tracking: Monitor expenses related to promotional campaigns and ensure they stay within budget.

Market Research and Trends

  • Stay Informed: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities in the premium chocolate market.
  • Innovate Promotions: Develop innovative promotional ideas and strategies based on market insights and consumer behaviour.

Partnerships and Sponsorships

  • Identify Opportunities: Identify and secure partnerships and sponsorships that align with the brand’s image and promotional goals.
  • Manage Relationships: Maintain and nurture relationships with promotional partners to maximize mutual benefits.

Customer Engagement

  • Enhance Experience: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement through promotional activities, ensuring a positive and memorable brand experience.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and analyse customer feedback from promotional activities to improve future campaigns.

Administrative Support

  • Support Marketing Team: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating projects.
