Job Description
We are looking for a Quotation Executive with experience in the marine industry to manage and prepare accurate quotations for marine projects, products, and services. The ideal candidate will coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure
timely and competitive proposal submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review quotations and proposals for marine-related projects, products, and services.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to obtain pricing and technical details.
- Maintain quotation records and ensure timely client follow-ups.
- Support the sales team in preparing tender submissions and commercial documentation.
- Ensure all quotations are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
- 2–4 years of experience in the marine or ship repair industry.
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to handle multiple quotations and meet tight deadlines.
