Job Role and Responsibilities

Experience: 3-5 Years

Sales Support and Coordination:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve corporate B2B sales and private label targets.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate B2B Sales and Private Label Manager to identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

  • Support efforts to identify and target potential corporate clients interested in purchasing company products for gifting, events, and promotions.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within corporate accounts.
  • Help identify and support private label opportunities with potential partners in the retail, hospitality, and corporate sectors.

Negotiation and Contract Support

  • Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with corporate clients and private label partners.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the corporate sector and private label market.
  • Assist in analysing sales data and market conditions to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

 Promotion and Brand Support

  • Help plan and execute promotional campaigns and events to enhance brand visibility and attract corporate clients and private label partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored marketing materials and strategies for the corporate sector and private label market.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track sales performance and key metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Prepare reports for the Corporate B2B Sales and Private Label Manager, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights

Team Collaboration and Support

  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to support the alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team as needed.
