Job Role and Responsibilities

Experience: 3-5 Years

Sales Support and Coordination

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve export sales targets in the Middle East and Gulf countries.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Export Manager to identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

  • Support efforts to identify and target potential markets and clients for company products across the Middle East and Gulf countries.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within distribution channels and retail networks.

Negotiation and Contract Support

  • Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with distributors and retail partners.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and international trade regulations.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the Middle East and Gulf countries.
  • Assist in analysing sales data and market conditions to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

Promotion and Brand Support

  • Help plan and execute promotional campaigns and events to enhance brand visibility and attract clients in the target regions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored marketing materials and strategies for the export markets.

Logistics and Supply Chain Coordination

  • Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to export markets.
  • Manage inventory levels and order fulfilment processes to meet client demands.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track sales performance and key metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies in export markets.
  • Prepare reports for the Sales Export Manager, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.

 Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure all export activities comply with international trade regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with export operations.
