Job Role and Responsibilities

Experience: 3-5 Years

Store and Kiosk Operations

  • Oversee the daily operations of all company-owned retail stores and kiosks to ensure they run efficiently and effectively.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, store presentation, and product quality.

Sales Performance

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of each retail location, making adjustments as needed to meet targets.

Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of store and kiosk staff, including sales associates and supervisors.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
  • Schedule staff to ensure optimal coverage and efficient operation of stores and kiosks.

Inventory Management

  • Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and manage stock rotations to minimize losses and ensure product freshness.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure all customers receive a premium shopping experience that reflects the company brand.
  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Marketing and Promotions

  • Plan and execute in-store and kiosk promotions, events, and displays to boost sales and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement local marketing strategies.

Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage budgets for retail stores and kiosks.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement measures to control costs and increase profitability.

Compliance and Standards

  • Ensure all retail locations comply with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Maintain health and safety standards within all stores and kiosks.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, staff productivity, and operational efficiency.
    Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for improving retail operations.
