Job Role and Responsibilities

Experience: 7-10 Years

Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve corporate B2B sales and private label targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships with corporate clients and private label partners.

Client Acquisition and Management

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients interested in purchasing company products for gifting, events, and promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within corporate accounts.
  • Identify and negotiate private label opportunities with potential partners in the retail, hospitality, and corporate sectors.

Negotiation and Contract Management

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with corporate clients and private label partners to secure long-term agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales and partnership activities.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the corporate sector and private label market.
  • Analyse sales data and market conditions to identify opportunities and make data driven decisions.

Promotion and Brand Positioning

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and events to enhance brand visibility and attract corporate clients and private label partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored marketing materials and strategies for the corporate sector and private label market.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track sales performance and key metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
