Job Role and Responsibilities

Experience: 7-10 Years

Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve export sales targets in the Middle East and Gulf countries
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.

Market Expansion and Client Acquisition

  • Identify and target potential markets and clients for Company products across the Middle East and Gulf countries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within distribution channels and retail networks.

Negotiation and Contract Management

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with distributors and retail partners to secure long-term agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations in all export activities.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the Middle East and Gulf countries.
  • Analyse sales data and market conditions to identify opportunities and make data driven decisions.

Promotion and Brand Positioning

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and events to enhance brand visibility and attract clients in the target regions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored marketing materials and strategies for the export markets.

Logistics and Supply Chain Coordination

  • Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to export markets.
  • Manage inventory levels and order fulfilment processes to meet client demands.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track sales performance and key metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies in export markets.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure all export activities comply with international trade regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with export operations.
