Roles and Responsibilities

- Preparing accurate quotations, sales reports, and maintaining client account data.
- Supporting marketing initiatives by attending trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Providing technical presentations and demonstrating product suitability as per client needs.
- Maintaining consistent follow-ups for customer feedback, payments, and service improvement.
- Monitoring market trends, studying competitors, and sharing updates with the management team.
- Ensuring compliance with company sales procedures and maintaining high service standards.
- Developing and maintaining client lists with sales margins for analysis and future planning.
- Keeping updated with new marine technologies and market developments.
