- Senior functional consultant with 10+ experience in Oracle ERP R12/11i and 15+ in general
- Nice to have Oracle fusion implementation experience
- Must have hands on experience in minimum two implementation of each modules listed below
- General Ledger
- Multi-Currency and Consolidation Ledger
- Account Receivable
- Cash & Treasury Management
- Fixed Asset
- Oracle Projects – Billing and Costing
- Accounts Payable
- Order Management
- Inventory Management
- Must have hands on experience in Oracle ERP standard interfaces
- Must have knowledge of Integrating with external systems like CRM, Billing, DMS etc.
- Must have basic hands on knowledge of PL/SQL, Discoverer, Data loader, BSC, ADI, TOAD etc.
- Must be fluent MS office suite applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, Project and Visio
- Must have experience in writing functional and technical specifications
- Must have knowledge to follow Oracle standard implementation methodology
- Must have knowledge of data migration cycle like extraction, transformation and load
- Must have knowledge of post-production support and operations to maintain SLA
- Must have understanding to comprehend financial reports like balance sheet, income statements, operating statement, cash flow, accruals, trial balance, assets register etc.
- Must have knowledge of management and statuary reporting including disclosures
- Must have knowledge of IFRS or GAAP accounting practices and processes
- Must have sound knowledge of UAE taxation and duties
- Guiding business stakeholders with best practices through tools and technology
- Collaborating business units to achieve strategic project goals
- Must have excellent communication skills to impart training to business users
- Must be aware of basic project management processes and practices
- Must be a team player to guide and motivate people from technical/business teams
- Minimum qualification is Masters in commerce, CA/CFA is preferred
