We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Staff Connect. The role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle across multiple industries and job categories, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring delivery for clients and internal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand job requirements and deliver suitable talent within agreed timelines.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and urgent roles.
- Handle interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and reports.
- Enhance employer branding by representing Staff Connect professionally in the talent market.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications & Skills
- Familiarity with UAE market and Recruiting portal like Naukri gulf, Naukri India, LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within agency or staffing environments.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience handling multiple roles simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
