Job Description :-

  • Min 5-6 years’ Experience in IT support field and Team management
  • Managing large team
  • Managing daily IT operations as a single point of contact
  • Able to provide daily weekly monthly report on the tickets and team performance.
  • Able to handle escalations and provide proper feedback to stakeholders.
  • Able to coordinate with multiple internal IT support teams for smooth operations.
  • Administration knowledge of any ITSM tool
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Creating monthly roster for the team members
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Good communication skill
  • Ability to provide service improvement plans.
  • Coordinating with multiple vendors as single point of contact
  • Training the team members
  • Installation, configuration and support of desktop PC/Laptops, printers/scanners, and other authorized peripheral equipment (either on-site or remotely, as required)
  • Problem solving skill
  • Good communication and soft skill.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Windows 7,8,10
  • Basic knowledge of DNS/DHCP/AD
  • Configuration and support of services provided to the users, on PCs and mobile computing devices.
  • Basic knowledge of email configuration.
  • Managing new user add remove from AD
  • Basic Network knowledge.
  • Working on central IT Helpline number for IT Helpdesk and resolving user issues over call or via email and creating Incident/Service requests using ticketing tool.
  • Work closely with the server and network team to maintain user policies and logon scripts to ensure proper privileges for users on the network.
