Job Role

  • Responsible for report development and other custom level set ups in Yardi based on user requirements.
  • Provide technical and Functional support to business for Yardi Voyager.
  • Responsible for resolving all Yardi issues directly or through Yardi support.
  • Will be responsible to track and update the assigned IT helpdesk tickets raised as per the stipulated SLA.
  • Report, track and close Yardi issues/cases on Client Central.
  • Providing support and maintenance services for Yardi workflows and processes
  • Assisting/Train personals to resolve problems with existing Yardi workflows and processes.
  • Create/Update Process Manuals (SOPs).
  • User access management and first level of support
  • Create/Import ETLs and train business in creating and import the ETLs.
  • Configure & Customize the necessary modules/ process.
  • Coordinate with business users and external partners for resolution of issues.
  • Deployment of code and application setups in UAT and Production environments for any internally developed Yardi modules.
  • Support MIS team with reports design, formula, and logics .
  • Prepare views for integration with other system and data extraction .
  • Design and implement views for online / e- services for tenant portal .

 Profile Of An Ideal Candidate Would Be As Follows

  • Strong functional/technical knowledge on Yardi Voyager and its different modules with minimum 4 to 5 years’ experience.
  • Custom validation control in the system as per business requirement.
  • Update scripts to rectify the data.
  • Report Scheduler, automated tasks, notifications
  • Create Function, view and procedures.
  • Custom Reports -YSR, SQL, SSRS reports
  • Integration between Yardi and other software. To be able to develop web services
  • Competency in SQL Server, PL/SQL and Oracle database.
  • Should have good oral and written communication skills
  • Should be good in documentation
  • Very strong in AP/AR and financial module of Yardi system and database.

 Desirable Skills

  • Domain knowledge of the local real estate industry.
  • Experience of working on .Net platform, Office 365 and MS Power BI.
  • Knowledge of .Net domain and database applications based on .net and Oracle technologies ( is an option )
