Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Designer/Modeler with strong expertise in E3D modeling and AutoCAD Architectural design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed architectural 3D models and 2D drawings to support project planning, coordination, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality 3D architectural models using AVEVA E3D (or equivalent platform).
- Produce detailed 2D architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documents using AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to interpret design intent and convert it into precise models and drawings.
- Ensure models are compliant with project standards, codes, and client specifications.
- Coordinate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Assist in preparing visual presentations, renderings, and walkthroughs if required.
- Revise models and drawings based on feedback from clients or internal reviews.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of all design files.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in architectural design and modeling.
- Proficiency in AVEVA E3D (or similar plant design software).
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD (Architecture-specific).
- Familiarity with design coordination, construction documentation, and BIM processes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
