Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s or certifications preferred).
- Certifications (Preferred): CISSP | CEH| CCSP | Security+ | CySA+ | SIEM Tool Certified | CISM| Python Programming | A+
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity within enterprise or governmental IT environments.
- Cloud Security: Proven expertise in Azure Security Center, Azure Active Directory, Key Vault, Defender for Cloud, and secure service bus/API management.
- Application Security: Strong knowledge of secure coding practices for Node.js, React, Flutter, and Django environments.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM): Experience with role-based access control (RBAC), multifactor authentication, conditional access policies.
- Network & Infrastructure Security: Knowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention (IDS/IPS), VPNs, and zero-trust architecture.
- VAPT: Hands-on with penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, attack simulation using tools like Nessus, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Metasploit.
- Governance & Compliance: Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, UAE Information Security Standards, and audit preparation.
- Incident Response: Ability to design and operate incident detection, monitoring, and response playbooks.
- Security Monitoring: Experience with SIEM/SOC tools (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or equivalent).
- Data Protection: Strong understanding of encryption, tokenization, data loss prevention (DLP), backup and recovery strategies.
- Documentation: Skilled in preparing security policies, risk assessments, compliance reports, and incident documentation.
- Collaboration: Ability to work with IT, development, and business units to ensure secure digital transformation.
- Familiarity with: GDPR / HIPAA / ISO/IEC 27001 /NIST framework / PCI-DSS
