Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Marine Sales Executive to drive business growth through field-based sales across UAE ports, shipyards, and anchorage areas. The role involves promoting ship spare parts, marine equipment, and chandlery supplies, building strong relationships with vessel owners and technical teams, closing sales opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery while meeting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct regular field visits to UAE ports, dry docks, shipyards and anchorage areas to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ship captains, chief engineers, ship management companies and procurement departments.
  • Promote and sell the company’s full range of ship spare parts, marine equipment, and chandlery supplies.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales deals to meet monthly targets.
  • Coordinate with internal procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to support strategic planning.
  • Provide regular sales reports, visit logs and customer feedback to management.
  • Represent the company professionally at ports, trade events, and client meetings.

Requirement

  • UAE Driving License is mandatory (role involves extensive field travel).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marine sales, ship chandler or ship spare parts (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of port operations, vessel requirements, and marine procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and handle multiple client visits daily.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Hindi, Arabic, Tagalog, etc.) are an advantage.
