Job Purpose
The Chartered Accountant (CA) will be responsible for managing financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and audit functions. The role ensures accuracy in financial records, adherence to regulatory requirements, and supports strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting & Accounting
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP)
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and closing processes
2. Taxation & Compliance
• Handle corporate tax, VAT filings, and regulatory submissions
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and statutory requirements
• Liaise with tax authorities and external consultants
3. Audit & Internal Controls
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes
• Develop and maintain internal control systems
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
4. Budgeting & Forecasting
• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Monitor variances and provide analytical insights
• Support business planning and cost optimization initiatives
5. Financial Analysis & Advisory
• Provide financial insights to support management decisions
• Conduct profitability and cost analysis
• Support investment and business expansion decisions
6. Process Improvement
• Streamline financial processes and reporting systems
• Implement best practices in accounting and compliance
Qualifications & Experience
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 5-8 years of relevant experience (depending on role level)
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
• Experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred

Preferred Industry Experience (Mandatory)
• Banking / Financial Services
