Position Overview

The Head of Sales, CRM & Marketing will lead Symbolic Developments’ commercial and brand strategy, driving revenue growth, customer engagement, and market leadership. This senior leadership role is responsible for integrating sales execution, CRM excellence, and marketing strategy to maximize project absorption, elevate customer experience, and strengthen brand positioning across the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Define and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue, absorption, and profitability targets across all developments.
  • Lead, mentor, and performance-manage in-house sales teams; establish KPIs aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and strategic alliances to expand market reach and improve conversion rates.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, sales launches, inventory management, and high-value negotiations.
    CRM & Customer Experience
  • Design, implement, and optimize CRM systems to improve lead management, forecasting accuracy, and customer lifecycle tracking.
  • Ensure a seamless and premium customer journey from first inquiry through handover and post-sales engagement.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify customer behavior trends, retention opportunities, and satisfaction drivers.
  • Establish customer loyalty, referral, and feedback programs aligned with the brand’s premium positioning.

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Lead integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, outdoor, events, and experiential platforms.
  • Oversee creative direction, media planning, and performance marketing to drive high-quality lead generation.
  • Safeguard and evolve the brand identity, ensuring consistency across campaigns, launches, PR, and communications.
  • Utilize market intelligence and competitive analysis to refine messaging and strengthen Symbolic Developments’ market position.

Strategic Collaboration & Reporting

  • Partner closely with executive leadership to shape business strategy, project positioning, and go-to-market plans.
  • Collaborate with finance and project teams to align sales targets with delivery schedules and financial forecasts.
  • Deliver regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of senior-level experience in sales and marketing within UAE real estate development or luxury property sectors.
  • Proven track record in driving large-scale sales launches, managing broker networks, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong expertise in CRM systems, data-driven decision-making, and integrated marketing strategies.
