Core Duties & Responsibilities
1. HR Department Leadership & Supervision

  • Supervise and control all activities of the HR department
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor performance of HR team members
  • Ensure HR team compliance with policies, timelines, and quality standards
  • Act as the final internal checkpoint before HR matters are escalated to management

2. Workforce HR Operations (Riders, Drivers & Staff)

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations for:
    *  Bike Riders
    * Car Drivers
    * White-Collar Employees
    * Ensure proper execution of:
    * Recruitment and Onboarding
    *  Documentation and Employee Records
    *  Medical Insurance Coordination
    *  Leave and Workforce Status Management
    *  Disciplinary Actions and Investigations
  • Ensure no operational disruption due to HR delays

3. Compliance, Legal & MOHRE Oversight

  • Ensure full compliance with:
    * UAE Labor Law
    * MOHRE Regulations
    * WPS Governance (oversight only)
    * Medical Insurance Requirements
  •  Review and approve all HR compliance submissions and responses

4. Policy Implementation & Enforcement

  • Implement and enforce Group HR policies, Code of Conduct, and disciplinary matrix
  • Ensure consistent application of policies across organization and Group entities
  • Prevent unauthorized exceptions or informal practices
  • Escalate policy breaches and risks to Executive Management

5. Disciplinary Actions, Grievances & Investigations

  • Supervise and approve all disciplinary cases before issuance
  • Lead complex investigations involving:
    * Misconduct
    * Absconding
    * Fraud or Policy Violations
  • Ensure investigations are fair, documented, and legally compliant
  • Act as the HR authority for grievance handling and resolution

6. Medical Insurance & Employee Benefits Oversight

  • Oversee medical insurance coordination for all employees
  • Ensure continuous coverage and compliance
  • Review insurance enrollments, deletions, renewals, and claims coordination
  • Escalate coverage gaps or provider issues

7. ERP, HR Systems & Data Governance

  • Ensure ERP / HRMS data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness
  • Approve HR workflows, permissions, and controls
  • Conduct periodic HR data audits and corrective actions
  • Ensure reporting accuracy across all HR systems

8. Coordination with Operations, PRO & Finance

  •  Act as the main HR coordination point with:
    * Operations Management
    * PRO / Immigration Teams
    * Finance (HR inputs, WPS oversight, deduction governance)
  • Resolve cross-functional issues impacting workforce readiness

Required Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Psychology (Mandatory)

Non Negotiable Requirements

  • Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE with the same industry
  • Must have extensive experience in managing , preferably in logistics, delivery services, transportation, FMCG, manpower outsourcing, or high-volume workforce environments.
  • Energetic and proactive
  • Must be able to adapt to start up environment
  • Strong command in both English.
