Position Summary

  • The Group ERP Solutions Architect will be responsible for defining and leading the enterprise architecture, migration strategy, and full implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud across all business units.
  • The role requires strong cross-functional knowledge, leadership capability, and deep expertise in Oracle Fusion architecture, integration, and best-practice implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Architecture & Strategy

  • Design and define the “To-Be” Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture.
  • Establish scalable and standardized ERP frameworks across multiple industries.
  • Align ERP architecture with business goals and long-term digital strategy.

2. Migration Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end migration from Oracle EBS (R12) to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Develop strategy for:
    Data migration and validation (FBDI)
    Cutover planning
    Go-live and post-implementation stabilization
  • Ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

3. Functional & Cross-Module Oversight

Architect and oversee implementations across:

  • SCM – Supply change management (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management)
  • Manufacturing (Discrete/Process flows)
  • Projects (PPM, Costing & Billing)
  • Finance (Multi-ledger, Multi-currency, UAE VAT)
  • HCM & CRM
  • Ensure seamless cross-module integration and data integrity.

4. Integration & Ecosystem Management

  • Lead integrations with third-party systems (Zoho, Power BI, Joget).
  • Oversee Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and PaaS extensions.
  • Ensure high performance, security, and scalability.

5. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor Oracle functional and technical consultants.
  • Coordinate with implementation partners and vendors.
  • Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and governance compliance.

6. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary ERP advisor to IT Director and Business Leaders.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Drive ERP adoption and measurable ROI across business units.

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 12+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations or migrations in Oracle Fusion Cloud. ( EBS to Oracle fusion)
  • Experience managing large, multi-entity ERP environments.

Technical Expertise

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS)
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • PaaS extensions
  • FBDI data migration
  • BI Publisher (BIP)
  • API-based integrations

Domain Knowledge (Mandatory)

  • SCM & Logistics
  • Projects (PPM – crucial for contracting)
  • Manufacturing
  • Finance (multi-ledger, multi-currency, UAE VAT compliance)

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications preferred.
