Job Description
- Should have a solid background of 7-10 years working with Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll modules as Techno Functional (80% Functional + 20% Technical)
- At least 2 full implementations / support & enhancement experience as a techno functional consultant in relevant Oracle fusion HCM & Payroll modules with respect to implementation/upgrade/Support projects.
- Good hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Core HCM, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Learn, Recruitment.
- Have hands on Payroll Fast Formulas. – Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments while meeting demands from Business users and delivering an exceptional client experience
- Experience in documenting the requirement documents, business process workflows, data requirement documents, technical documents 6.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Should have worked in Onsite-Offshore working model.
- Be proactive on P1/VIP issues and challenges that may be encountered.
- Assist HR team in mapping and redesigning business processes to implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules, using standardized implementation methodology including reports specification
development and deployment.
