Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Project Manager / Senior Wastewater Treatment Engineer to join our team for critical offshore projects. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in wastewater systems, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in Gulf-based operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, operation, and maintenance of wastewater treatment systems (RO, STP, thermal desalination).
- Supervise multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and offshore safety protocols.
- Oversee troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and system optimization.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting aligned with project KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- 15 years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in wastewater treatment systems.
- Gulf experience is essential; UAE experience highly preferred.
- ADNOC project experience is mandatory (preferably offshore or island-based).
- Familiarity with SCADA/PLC systems and field instrumentation is an advantage.
