Job Description
Seeking a meticulous and organized Sales Conveyancer to manage the administrative and legal documentation of property sales transactions. The role requires coordination with internal teams and frequent visits between the Developer’s Office and the Trustee Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process all sales-related documents (contracts, transfer forms, payment schedules, etc.).
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly submitted.
- Visit developer and trustee offices as required for document processing.
- Oversee the end-to-end documentation process from contract initiation to completion.
- Ensure timely submission and approval of documents to all relevant parties.
- Coordinate with sales, legal, and finance departments to ensure smooth transaction flow.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve documentation or process issues.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all sales transaction documents.
- Track and update the status of each transaction in a timely manner.
- Monitor all ongoing sales to ensure deadlines are met.
- Verify completion of all legal and financial steps before closing.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in conveyancing or a similar administrative role within the real estate sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive approach to handling challenges.
- Understanding of UAE real estate documentation and conveyancing processes.
- Familiarity with property sales procedures in the UAE market.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Experience with real estate or document management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with teams and external parties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled at identifying and resolving transaction-related issues proactively with minimal disruption.
