Job Summary
Staff Connect is seeking an experienced Recruiter with strong exposure to the Middle East recruitment market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proven sourcing capabilities, and the ability to attract, assess, and negotiate with Professionals & Executives across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Source qualified IT candidates using portals such as Naukri India, Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for Middle East (Gulf) requirements
- Understand client requirements and job specifications thoroughly
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and employment terms with candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports
- Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong knowledge and experience of the Middle East (Gulf) job market
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Proven ability to attract, engage, and close candidates
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Hands-on experience with
- Naukri India
- Naukri Gulf

Good understanding of High Professionals, Executives, IT roles, technologies, and skill sets
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously
