JOB PURPOSE

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding qualified candidates for blue collar positions from India, specifically fabricators and welders, and bringing them to the UAE with cost-effective measures. Additionally, you will be involved in white collar recruitment within the UAE.

KEY RESULT AREAS / MAJOR ACTIVITIES

Blue- & White-Collar Recruitment

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for hiring blue-collar (fabricators and welders) from India and UAE, and white-collar professionals locally.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, trade tests, and ensure all documentation, visa, and travel arrangements are completed in compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Utilize job portals, recruitment agencies, and social media to attract qualified candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.

Cost-Effective Hiring

  • Implement and monitor cost-efficient recruitment processes while maintaining quality standards.
  • Coordinate with finance and procurement to negotiate competitive rates with agencies and service providers.
  • Explore alternative sourcing methods to reduce hiring costs.

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment consultancies, job portals, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide end-to-end support and guidance to hiring managers, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Stay updated with UAE job market trends to align hiring strategies with organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in blue-collar (India & UAE) and white-collar recruitment.
  • Strong communication, networking, and multitasking skills with proficiency in MS Office.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment processes.
