Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene. The ideal candidate will be responsible for staff management, financial performance, and overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.

Customer Service

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving complaints promptly.
  • Ensure staff provides excellent service and maintains a welcoming atmosphere.

Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
  • Schedule shifts and manage employee performance.
  • Motivate and develop team members to enhance productivity and service.

Financial Management

  • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
  • Monitor daily sales, inventory, and expenditures.
  • Implement cost-effective measures without compromising quality.

Marketing & Promotions

  • Assist in developing and implementing promotional campaigns to attract customers.
  • Work with marketing teams to improve restaurant visibility and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant management best practices.
