Job Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager – Landscaping Services to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand business across design-build, maintenance, and enhancement services. The role focuses on sales strategy execution, client relationship management, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring profitable, compliant delivery of landscaping projects across residential, commercial, and municipal sectors.
Key Skills
- Lead, coach, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives or account managers to meet or exceed revenue targets for landscaping services (e.g., design-build projects, maintenance contracts, enhancements).
- Develop and implement sales strategies, including prospecting leads through referrals, networking, community engagement, and targeting property managers or developers.
- Identify profitable opportunities in residential, commercial, or municipal landscaping, such as tree care, irrigation, hardscaping, or sustainable designs.
- Oversee the preparation of estimates, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs, often involving landscape designs or visualizations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct site visits, provide expert advice on plants, materials, and environmental considerations, and upsell enhancements or renewals.
- Collaborate with production, design, and operations teams to ensure sold projects are feasible, scheduled, and delivered profitably.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends (e.g., sustainable landscaping demands), and manage CRM systems for leads and client data.
- Manage sales budgets, forecast revenue, and report to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Must have experience of 5+ Yrs in Landscaping or Gardening in UAE.
- Must Hold a Driving License.
- Excellent client relationship, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with proposals, budgeting, forecasting, and CRM systems.
