Job Purpose
Own the development, enhancement and technical support of the Chamber’s e-services portal, public website and CMS, delivering secure bilingual digital services integrated with backend APIs and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Next.js e-services, including application forms, document uploads, request tracking, payments and customer accounts.
- Develop React/Next.js website features and configure Strapi CMS.
- Develop and maintain Node.js services, middleware and REST APIs.
- Integrate digital channels with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, payment services and government APIs.
- Deliver Arabic/English interfaces, RTL layouts, responsive and accessible user journeys.
- Conduct code reviews, automated testing, defect resolution and security improvements.
- Investigate production incidents and coordinate deployments with QA and Cloud/DevOps teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of React.js and Next.js experience.
- 3+ years of Node.js and REST API experience.
- Experience with Strapi or comparable headless CMS.
- 2+ years of React Native experience.
- Strong SQL Server and Dataverse/Dynamics 365 experience.
- Knowledge of secure authentication, authorization, input validation and secrets management.
- Experience with Git, code reviews, automated testing and CI/CD.
- Experience delivering Arabic/English and RTL solutions.
- Strong coordination and independent ownership skills.
