Job Summary

We are looking for a Support Engineer – ERPNext & SAP to support and manage integrations between ERPNext and SAP. The role involves resolving integration issues, supporting UAT and production deployments, implementing finance-related integrations, and working closely with business users, developers, and offshore teams to ensure smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve issues across all integrations between ERPNext and SAP in both directions.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support live deployments.
• Implement and support ERPNext billing integration with SAP FI and SAP COPA modules.
• Implement and support ERPNext cash collection integration with SAP FI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand issues and provide effective solutions.
• Identify and report application bugs to the development team and coordinate resolution.
• Manage LS Navision process changes and provide guidance to the offshore support team.
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues to ensure system stability.
• Maintain technical documentation and support process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in ERP application support.
• Hands-on experience with ERPNext and SAP.
• Knowledge of SAP FI and SAP COPA modules.
• Experience with ERP integrations, APIs, and data exchange.
• Understanding of finance processes, including billing and cash collection.
• Experience in UAT, production support, and deployment activities.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with LS Navision.
• Knowledge of SQL and REST APIs.
• Exposure to ITIL support processes.
• Experience working with offshore support teams.
