Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming phone and WhatsApp inquiries from parents.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to nurture and close leads.
• Explain course offerings (Abacus, Robotics, Math, Coding, Handwriting, etc.) clearly.
• Schedule demos, appointments, and trial sessions at centers.
• Record all conversations and lead updates in Zoho CRM accurately.
• Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets.
• Share daily call summaries and feedback with management on a regular basis.
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, call center, or educational counseling roles.
• Relevant experience in EdTech or a similar industry/company is mandatory
• Fluent in English and Hindi (Tamil/Malayalam an advantage).
• Strong communication, listening, and persuasive skills.
• CRM and MS Office proficiency with good data discipline.
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
