Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Tech Lead with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale applications, preferably within the banking, financial services, and capital markets domains.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Microservices, ReactJS, and SQL Server, along with experience in cloud technologies, distributed systems, and modern DevOps practices. Experience in technical leadership, solution architecture, team management, and application performance optimization is essential.
Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered application development will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
- Design and implement scalable microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
- Develop responsive front-end applications using ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Build and maintain REST APIs and integrate applications with internal and third-party enterprise systems.
- Work with SQL Server and MongoDB for database design, development, and optimization.
- Lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Implement automated testing using NUnit, Moq, and other relevant testing frameworks.
- Work with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
- Develop and support business-critical applications in banking, financial services, trading, and capital markets environments.
- Explore and integrate AI/ML capabilities, LLMs, and Generative AI solutions into enterprise applications.
