Job Description
The Finance Manager leads the finance function at a subsidiary company level, managing financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This role bridges holding-level requirements with company-level execution, ensuring reliable financial data and sound financial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the finance team at the company level, overseeing day-to-day financial operations
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Develop and manage the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis
- Ensure adherence to group financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and treasury functions at the company level
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and key vendors
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and controls
- Provide financial insights and business partnering support to operational departments
- Submit timely and accurate financial reports to the Group Finance Manager – Coach and develop the finance team members within the company
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting – Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred
- Minimum 8 years of finance experience with at least 3 years in a management role
- Solid understanding of IFRS and financial reporting requirements

- ERP proficiency, particularly in general ledger and reporting modules
