Job Description
- 2 +years of experience as Fixed Asset Management: Oversee the management of fixed assets, including acquisition, disposal, depreciation
- Asset Tracking: Ensure accurate tracking and recording of fixed assets, including asset location, condition, and value.
- Depreciation Calculation: Calculate and record depreciation expenses for fixed assets.
- Finance Reconciliation: Prepare and submit financial reports related to fixed assets along with reconciliation between fixed assets and general ledger. Further support in monthly finance closing.
- Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure accurate fixed asset reporting.
Requirements
- Accounting Degree / Certification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- Accounting Experience: Assets control and tagging along with basic accounts reconciliation.
- Accounting Software: Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or fixed asset management systems.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to Detail and time management: High attention to detail and accuracy with deliverables within timeline
