Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience within the UAE, strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, and proven expertise in managing HR functions within a large-scale operational environment. The role requires a strategic HR professional who can lead employee engagement, ensure compliance, develop HR policies, and support business objectives through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Management
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with company objectives and UAE labor regulations.
- Ensure HR practices comply with UAE labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic HR support and guidance to management and employees.
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Lead manpower planning and oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees.
- Ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates to meet organizational requirements.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee performance, workplace issues, and HR best practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
Performance Management & Development
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluation processes.
- Support managers in setting performance goals and providing feedback.
- Develop and coordinate employee training, career development, and succession planning programs.
UAE Labor & Government Relations
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and government requirements.
- Manage visa processing, labor contracts, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with PRO teams for government-related processes, including work permits, visas, and regulatory approvals.
- Ensure compliance with CICPA requirements and related workforce regulations.
HR Strategy & Leadership
- Lead and mentor the HR team while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and organizational development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial HR role.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with UAE Labor Law and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven experience managing complete HR operations in a corporate or project-based environment.
- Experience handling recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
- Hands-on experience with visa processing, labor contracts, CICPA requirements, and PRO coordination.
- Previous experience in construction, oil & gas, engineering, or related industries is highly preferred.
