Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely documentation and system updates.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Prepare HR letters, memos, and reports as required.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and assist with payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with PROs and external agencies for visa processing and government documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, MOHRE regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Respond to employee queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support disciplinary procedures, warning letters, and termination documentation.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-6 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR compliance practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
