Role Summary

  • We are hiring a Change Management & Business Readiness Support resource to assist with business preparation activities across ERP, warehouse, and retail operations.
  • This is an execution-focused role supporting communications, training coordination, and user readiness activities in the run-up to go-live for system implementations such as Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications or other enterprise systems.

Must-Have Expertise

  • ERP or system implementation support
  • Training coordination and scheduling
  • Preparing user guides and training materials
  • Stakeholder communication support
  • Tracking readiness metrics
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Support impact analysis documentation and user readiness tracking.
  • Coordinate training logistics across multiple sites and functions.
  • Prepare and distribute communications and user training materials.
  • Track business readiness status and escalate gaps.
  • Support cutover coordination and early hypercare activities during go-live.

Preferred Experience

  • Retail or distribution environments
  • ERP transformation programmes
  • Multi-site operational rollouts
  • High-volume user environments (250+ locations / 1,000+ users)
