Role Summary
- We are hiring a Change Management & Business Readiness Support resource to assist with business preparation activities across ERP, warehouse, and retail operations.
- This is an execution-focused role supporting communications, training coordination, and user readiness activities in the run-up to go-live for system implementations such as Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications or other enterprise systems.
Must-Have Expertise
- ERP or system implementation support
- Training coordination and scheduling
- Preparing user guides and training materials
- Stakeholder communication support
- Tracking readiness metrics
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Support impact analysis documentation and user readiness tracking.
- Coordinate training logistics across multiple sites and functions.
- Prepare and distribute communications and user training materials.
- Track business readiness status and escalate gaps.
- Support cutover coordination and early hypercare activities during go-live.
Preferred Experience
- Retail or distribution environments
- ERP transformation programmes
- Multi-site operational rollouts
- High-volume user environments (250+ locations / 1,000+ users)
