Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers to identify and hire qualified IT professionals while ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers or clients.
  • Negotiate salary expectations and joining timelines with shortlisted candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and technical skill sets.
  • Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Good screening, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
