Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers to identify and hire qualified IT professionals while ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers or clients.
- Negotiate salary expectations and joining timelines with shortlisted candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and technical skill sets.
- Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good screening, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
