Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintain IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in end-user support, system administration, and basic networking.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support to end users (hardware and software issues)
2. Support Mac OS systems
3. Manage and support Microsoft O365 environment
4. Handle ticketing system (JIRA) for issue tracking and resolution
5. Support Workspace tools and applications
6. Troubleshoot system, email, and access-related issues
7. Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment
8. Provide basic networking support (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
9. Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets within SLA
10. Maintain IT documentation and asset records
Required Qualifications & Skills Mandatory:
1.Strong knowledge of Mac OS
2. Experience with Workspace One administration/support
3. Hands-on experience in JIRA
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft O365
5. Basic networking knowledge
6. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
7. Strong communication skills
