Job Summary

The Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and maintaining Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain Management modules, ensuring efficient and reliable business processes across the organization. The role requires an analytical, detail-oriented professional who can bridge business requirements with system capabilities, while effectively communicating in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional support for Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management modules, including :

  • Purchasing (PO), Inventory, Order Management, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, and Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM).
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into Oracle EBS functional specifications.
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and testing of Oracle SCM modules to meet business needs.
  • Work closely with technical teams to design, test, and deploy customizations and system enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Oracle EBS SCM modules in coordination with IT and business users.
  • Conduct user training and prepare documentation for implemented modules and processes.
  • Support integration between SCM and other functional areas such as Finance, Projects, and HR.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and governmental policies in SCM processes.
  • Participate in upgrade projects, patch analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively in Arabic and English with stakeholders across departments.
  • Oracle Fusion SCM Knowledge will be advantage.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite SCM modules (R12 or later).
  • Strong functional expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
  • Proven experience in requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and production support.
  • Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle support tools (My Oracle Support).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Arabic and English fluency is mandatory.
  • Oracle Certification (preferred, not mandatory).
