Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality 4.0 Transformation Consultant with extensive experience in driving digital quality initiatives, implementing modern quality frameworks, and supporting organizational transformation. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and possess strong expertise in Quality Management Systems and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Quality 4.0 transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Evaluate current processes and implement digital solutions to enhance quality performance.
- Drive continuous improvement programs and operational excellence activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards and support certification processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize procedures and improve process efficiency.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Provide training and guidance on quality tools, methodologies, and transformation practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in Quality 4.0 transformation or similar digital quality roles.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and certification processes.
- Preferred nationality: Jordanian or Egyptian.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Immediate joiner is highly preferred.
