This role will support the planning, execution, and delivery of business and TS projects across the organization. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope/budget, and aligned with business and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution
• Support end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and status updates
• Track dependencies, risks, issues and escalation points
• Coordinate daily activities between business, IT and vendor teams
Stakeholder Management
• Act as a bridge between business, TS and external vendors
• Organize and document project meetings, workshops, and status calls
• Communicate progress updates to project managers and leadership
Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare project documentation including BRDs, status reports
• Maintain issue trackers and ensure timely resolution follow-ups
• Support audit and compliance documentation requirements
Testing & Deployment Support
• Coordinate SIT/UAT cycles and user feedback collection
• Track defects and follow up with technical teams for resolution
• Support go-live and post-implementation stabilization activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT
• 7-12 years of experience in project coordination
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and governance processes
• Basic understanding of invoicing processes (billing, tax compliance), ERP systems is an advantage
• Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Process Auditing and Power BI knowledge
